1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 33cb ("the Platform") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 33cb website at https://33cb.bet ("the Site"). These Terms apply in full force to all visitors, registered users, depositing players, and bonus claimants.

By accessing the Site — whether or not you have completed the registration process — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without modification. 2 Age Restriction and Eligibility

By registering on 33cb, you confirm under your own declaration that you are at least 18 years of age. 33cb conducts age verification checks as part of its standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players will be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document — either a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport — to confirm their age and identity before the first withdrawal is processed.

2.1 Underage Players

If 33cb discovers — at any point — that a registered account belongs to an individual under 18 years of age, the following actions will be taken immediately and without prior notice:

• The account will be permanently closed.
• All deposits, winnings, and bonus balances associated with the account will be forfeited in full.
• The matter may be escalated to appropriate authorities where required under applicable law.
• Any payment method used to fund the underage account will be blocked from future use on the platform.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 33cb platform. Duplicate accounts — identified by name, date of birth, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any combination of these — will be merged or closed at 33cb's discretion. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from all associated accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 33cb will never contact you to ask for your password. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

33cb supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via multiple locally available payment methods. The platform is committed to processing transactions quickly, transparently, and without hidden fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the method used for deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect players against unauthorised withdrawal requests. 33cb does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. 4.4 Currency

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Eligible Games

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain after the expiry date are automatically removed from your account without notice. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

33cb reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend or permanently close the associated player account — if it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts; systematically placing low-risk bets on all outcomes of an event to exploit a wagering requirement; using automated tools to complete wagering requirements; collusion with other players to share or transfer bonus value.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on the 33cb platform — including live dealer casino games, RNG slots, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. The general gameplay terms below apply across all product categories.

6.1 Fair Play and RNG Certification

8 Account Suspension and Closure

33cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion. The following section outlines the circumstances under which such action may be taken, and the process players may follow if they wish to close their own account voluntarily.

8.1 Suspension by 33cb

33cb may temporarily suspend an account — preventing login, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — in any of the following circumstances:

• Pending completion of KYC identity verification following a withdrawal request
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including identity theft, payment fraud, or chargeback abuse
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual
• Suspected breach of these Terms, pending a full investigation
• Requests from financial institutions, payment processors, or legal authorities

During a suspension, 33cb will notify the registered email address of the reason for suspension (where disclosure does not interfere with an ongoing investigation) and the steps required to restore access, where restoration is possible.

8.2 Permanent Closure by 33cb

Permanent account closure may be applied — with immediate effect and without prior notice — in cases of confirmed fraud, confirmed underage gambling, money laundering, systematic bonus abuse, use of prohibited betting software, or any activity that causes material harm to the platform, other players, or third parties. In cases of permanent closure for breach of Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed and may be withheld pending investigation, returned to the originating payment method (net of any misappropriated funds), or forfeited entirely depending on the nature of the breach.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure
